What a family office car service actually involves

Family travel is rarely one journey. A principal on a tight diary, children heading to school or the airport, a spouse moving between appointments and dinners, household staff travelling ahead or behind: each has different needs. We build one coherent transport plan instead of a string of unrelated rides, so everyone arrives in the right place at the right time. Depending on the group, we combine the Mercedes S-Class, the Maybach on request, the V-Class for larger parties or a Range Rover. Paris-based, serving family offices worldwide

Many of our requests come from offices outside France. We are based in Paris, so international journeys are movements to or from Paris and France, arranged on request. We do not have resident chauffeurs abroad, and we say so plainly so that your planning rests on accurate commitments. For an arrival, we can greet your passengers at Le Bourget, Charles de Gaulle, Orly, the Issy-les-Moulineaux heliport or a station, with flight tracking and a named greeting. For a return to Switzerland or the United Kingdom, we also organise long-distance transfers departing from Paris.

Confidentiality with an audit trail

A family office must be able to show who travelled, when and against which budget line, without exposing the family's private life. We therefore separate what belongs to administration from what belongs to confidentiality: your team sees the information it needs, while chauffeurs receive only what the assignment requires. Discretion sits in our motto alongside discipline and diligence. Working with your existing arrangements

Most offices already have preferred suppliers, internal approval flows and travel policies. We adapt to them rather than the reverse: your own references on invoices, your own naming of principals, your own escalation contacts. If a colleague at another office needs to book on behalf of a principal, they can use the same channel and the same contact. This also suits teams that coordinate with executive assistants or with a concierge. A clear confirmation, a named chauffeur and one place to send last-minute changes remove most friction.
