Roland-Garros: the logistics of a tennis day
In late May and early June, Stade Roland-Garros hosts the French Open in Paris's 16th arrondissement, near Porte d'Auteuil. Crowds peak at entry and exit times, the surrounding streets are managed, and corporate hospitality brings group arrivals. IKIGAI Limousine arranges your journeys in Paris with professional drivers, so your guests arrive calmly and their return does not depend on a queue.
We work with management teams, assistants, event teams and family offices who host clients, partners or relatives. Your transport plan can include greeting at the airport or station, the ride to the stadium and the pick-up at the end of the day. For the corporate angle, see our chauffeur service for companies and our event chauffeur page.

What we take care of
01
Guest convoys
Several vehicles or a shuttle for the same hospitality group, with synchronised arrival times and a named greeting for each guest.
02
Day-long chauffeur service
Your chauffeur drops you off, stays reachable and returns at the agreed time, so you never search for a car in the crowds.
03
Airport and station greeting
Pick-up at Roissy-Charles-de-Gaulle, Orly, Le Bourget or at a station, then a direct transfer to your hotel or the stadium.
04
Evening returns
After a late match or a dinner, an organised return to the hotel or home, from a pick-up point chosen in advance.
Flows, surroundings and exit times
The streets around the stadium, on the edge of the Bois de Boulogne, are heavily used during the tournament. Access and perimeters are communicated by the organisers, and we build them into your transport plan. The most delicate moment is the exit, when spectators leave at roughly the same time. A slightly offset pick-up point, or leaving before a match ends, avoids a long wait on the way back.
Guests, teams and executives
Corporate hospitality welcomes clients from many places; an executive wants time for a meeting before or after the match; a team has to keep to a tight schedule. Our drivers are briefed on these needs and on the discretion expected. The same set-up can serve a neighbouring event, such as the Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe, another Paris fixture on the edge of the Bois de Boulogne.
How IKIGAI organises it, and our status
Before the event, we hand you a clear plan: routes, timings, drivers and one contact. Invoicing is adapted to companies and family offices. IKIGAI Limousine is not an official partner of Roland-Garros: access and perimeters are communicated by the organisers, and we build them into your transport plan. Everything is confirmed with you in writing. For general logistics, read our guide to event transport.

Frequently asked
What clients often ask
Can you drop off and collect my guests at Roland-Garros?
Yes. We agree the drop-off and pick-up points in advance, then the chauffeur follows the day with you. Pick-up times can be adjusted by message throughout the day. You always know where your chauffeur waits.
Can I book a shuttle for corporate hospitality?
Yes, on request. Depending on the size of the group, we offer several vehicles or a shuttle, with a firm quote and one contact who coordinates arrivals and returns. The quote is firm before confirmation.
Is IKIGAI Limousine an official partner of Roland-Garros?
No. We are not an official partner of the tournament. Access and perimeters are communicated by the organisers, and we build them into your transport plan without promising any particular access.
Can you meet a guest at the airport before the match?
Yes. Named greeting and flight tracking at Roissy-Charles-de-Gaulle, Orly or Le Bourget, as well as at stations. Your guest is then taken to the hotel or straight to the stadium, depending on the plan.
