In June, VivaTech gathers executives, founders, investors and large groups at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles. Days run from conferences to meetings on the show floor and lunches in town, then dinners at the other end of Paris. Can I book a chauffeur for VivaTech by the day?
Yes. We offer half-day, full-day or stay-long chauffeur service, with a firm quote before confirmation. Your chauffeur follows your programme and stays reachable between meetings. Changes during the day are handled by message.
Can you organise shuttles for a team or delegation?
Yes, on request. We put together a set-up with several vehicles or a shuttle, and one contact who coordinates arrivals, trips to the show and returns. Each request goes through that single contact.
Is IKIGAI Limousine an official partner of VivaTech?
No. We are not an official partner of the event. Access and perimeters are communicated by the organisers, and we build them into your transport plan without promising any particular access.
Do you greet foreign investors when they arrive in Paris?
Yes. Named greeting and flight tracking are part of the arrangement. Our drivers speak French and English, and other languages are possible on request. Each passenger is greeted by name with a driver already on site.
